The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were helpful and even remembered guests' names. The pool area was lovely, breakfast was good, beds were very comfortable.

Hotel is immediately to the left as you exit the Tri Rail (Sheraton station) and there is a pedestrian crossing to cross the very busy road. Train runs every hour during work hours, not so for evenings and weekends. Very affordable, train takes you right to Miami airport. Staff very welcoming, helpful and friendly.

The front desk staff was exceptional. The room was spotless. The pool area was a great hang out space for the afternoon. The breakfast area and staff were great. The bar, night food, and wait staff were fantastic.
